Troubleshooting: Saturation Inspector is not working on my machine. What should I do?

Welcome to the complete Saturation Inspector troubleshooting guide! Please accept our sincerest apologies if the solution is not working on your machine. In this guide, you will find brief and to-the-point information to start using the solution to achieve your drop-shipping or e-commerce business goals. This guide is for new and existing users.

If Saturation Inspector is not working on your machine please ensure the following:

1. You are using the solution on the latest version of the google chrome browser.
2. Google chrome is your default browser.
3. Your internet security solution is not blocking google chrome.
4. The solution is in ON state.
5. You have an active subscription. You can verify it on paypal.
6. You are logged into the gmail account and machine the solution was purchased from/registered with while using it.
7. You are on one of the following sites,

   Item inspection feature,

   1. Ali express com site i.e. https://www.aliexpress.com/. 

   2. Cj dropshipping com site i.e. https://cjdropshipping.com/.

   3. Ali baba com site i.e. https://www.alibaba.com/.

   4. App spocket co site i.e. https://app.spocket.co/.

   Store analysis feature,

   1. Any shopify site.

8. You do not have one or more chrome extensions or apps installed that are adversely impacting the functions of the solution. You can verify it by disabling all other chrome extensions and apps and testing the solution. If the solution works, enable the other chrome extensions and apps one by one to find the rogue extensions or apps. If found, disable or remove these rogue extensions or apps.

If all the above-mentioned conditions (1-8) are true, please do the following (please do not skip any step):

1. Navigate to an Aliexpress item page with at least 5 images. Please visit 3 item pages on ali express and wait at least 30 seconds on each of them.
2. If (1) does not get the solution working in the first attempt, please repeat it 3 days later. 
3. Please try different account/network/machine/location combinations.
